This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit emanord.com or write to us from here.
Emanord, Lda., company registration no. (NIPC) 519574958, with registered office at Rua da Carreira da Quinta, 4730-248 Lage, Vila Verde, Portugal, is the controller of the data collected on this site.
For any question about personal data, write to dpo@emanord.com. For everything else, geral@emanord.com.
It does not use cookies or equivalent technologies, nor audience analytics tools. It has no accounts. The "Do the maths for your unit" calculator runs in your browser: the numbers you enter are neither sent to us nor stored. The two forms on this website (contact and the Varde notice) store nothing in a database: what you write is sent to us by e-mail and stays only in our mailbox. We make no automated decisions about you.

You are not obliged to give us any of this data. Without your e-mail, we simply cannot reply to you.
We neither sell nor pass data to anyone. Three providers process data on our behalf, as processors, under contracts pursuant to Article 28 GDPR:
The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google when the page opens.
This site links to the Turnos application (app.emanord.com) and to scientific articles published on third-party sites. When you follow one of those links, the destination site's privacy policy applies.
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict its processing, to object to it and, for the data you gave us by e-mail or through the forms, to receive it in a structured, machine-readable format (portability). If you gave us consent for the Varde notice, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before.
To exercise any of these rights, write to dpo@emanord.com. We reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can lodge a complaint with the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority (www.cnpd.pt).
When this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page, with the date at the top. The previous version is available on request.
